Base frame

Various reasons may require an additional base frame under the AHU, for example to ensure the stability of the unit or its accessibility in snow. When installing a siphon, the additional height creates sufficient system pressure. Either fixed or adjustable foot elements or a combination of both can be attached in addition to the base frame or mounted directly on the housing frame. Adjustment elements are usually used to compensate for possible structural building tolerances. All base frames and feet are available in stainless steel as well as powder-coated for increased corrosion protection.
Our basic frame variants:
Simple base frame: C-profile open to the outside, galvanised version H= 80 mm, 120 mm and other heights on request
BFC system (Base Frame Casing): Base frame and device frame profile made from a single cast for a uniform appearance and excellent corrosion protection. 120 mm base frame with housing frame made of anodised, seawater-resistant and hardened extruded aluminium profiles. Torsion-resistant thanks to double bars and C-shape. The frame profiles are connected using corner connectors made of die-cast aluminium. Optimised design for the cable routing in the base frame.
